Postpartum Doula Support

The postpartum season is tender, transformative, and often overwhelming. While so much attention is placed on preparing for birth, the fourth trimester deserves care, support, and intentional nurturing too.

As your postpartum doula, my role is to support not only the baby, but the mother and the entire family as you transition into this new season.

Whether you are recovering physically, emotionally processing your birth experience, adjusting to newborn life, navigating feeding, or simply needing someone to hold space and help care for your home, you do not have to do it alone.

My approach to postpartum care is holistic, compassionate, and flexible — meeting you where you are each day. Some visits may focus on newborn care and education, while others may include emotional support, meal preparation, light household support, rest encouragement, or helping you create rhythms that feel sustainable and nurturing.

I offer daytime postpartum support designed to help families feel more grounded, cared for, and confident during the early weeks after birth.

  • Emotional support and birth processing

  • Newborn care guidance

  • Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support

  • Postpartum recovery support
